Triple Crown has an official lodging online platform that teams are required to use for booking lodging. This convenient software automates and simplifies booking and reporting your rooms. When a team is paid and registered the coach will be emailed a custom team booking link. Teams that register early have first access to book lodging with our approved hotel partners. Many hotels or rooms types sell out fast. This system will allow you to request more rooms at some hotels but this is NOT a guarantee. We are always working to add hotels and more rooms so please check the feed regularly. EVENT DETAILSIn 2025, we are celebrating our 15th year in Myrtle Beach with our East Coast Summer Nationals. Families find this event to be particularly exciting thanks to all the tourist diversions of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, and we are fortunate to welcome a deep roster of competitive club programs to the diamond.
Age Cutoff: New in 2025 Aug. 31 2024 Awards: 10u - 1st-3rd will receive a team plaque plus individual awards for 1st and 2nd place. 12u - 1st-3rd will receive a team plaque plus individual awards for 1st and 2nd place. 14U -1st-3rd in all age groups receive a team plaque plus individual awards for 1st and 2nd place. Requirements to Play: Triple Crown digital roster including signatures and copies of individual players proof of age. REFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 90 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 91 prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund. CONTACT |
